Cemeteries

Sand Creek Township - St Joseph's Cemetery
Transcription of St. Joseph Cemetery, Sand Creek Township, Scott County, Minnesota Koenig, Roselyn. Text in English and German.
St. Joseph Parish was established in 1858 and the cemetery was platted in 1860. The church was closed in 1971 and torn down in 1972 but the cemetery continues to be used.

Helena Township - St Benedict's Cemetery
Transcription of St. Benedicts Cemetery, Helena Township, Scott County, Minnesota, recorded by Betty Dols, Roselyn Koenig, Robert Olson, & Ron Zweber. Text in English and German.
St. Benedict Parish was established in 1859 with a cemetery. A new cemetery dedicated in 1867 and the graves from the old cemetery were moved to it.
