David Eilering
who has this emigrant listed in documents linked to his
genealogy website http://www.csj.net/~deilerin/famtree.htm |
| SOURCES: |
Margaretha's date of birth was noted on
David Eilering's genealogy website. Because her surname
was known to have occurred in Lingen parish, that parish's
records were checked and a birth/bapt entry was found
there for Margaretha Adelheid on the same date that had
been noted by David Eilering. Her paents' names as noted
above were from that baptismal record. Information about
her death and her children was from the same website.

Maria's parents' names were on
her death record at St Boniface parish and her approximate year of birth was known from
her age (age 61 years 31 days) on that same document and on censuses. Maria's husband was
from Klein Dohren and their marriage record was found in Herzlake, inforamtion
listed on Dr. Stefan Remme' website Zur Geschichte von Dohren im Emsland. That
record stated that Maria Anna Dust's parents were Heuerleute in Broegbern so Lingen
parish records were checked and a corresponding entry found there for Maria Gesina. more about sources used
