and from his entry the the existence of Anna Maria Carolina as first wife was known. She
also had an entry which gave her date and place of birth, parents' names, marriage
information, year of emigration and destination. The two oldest children were known from
their separate entries in the Tenfelde book. Information on children not born in Germany
was supplied by Margaret Wheeler. A M Carolina's death was before 1857 when her widowed
