Angela's approximate year of birth was

were known from her marriage record at St Vincent de Paul
parish. Because presumed half-siblings had been born in
Steinbild parish, that parish's records were checked and
a corresponding birth/bapt entry was found there for Engel.

certificate. Because siblings had been born in Meppen,
that parish's records were checked and a corresponding
birth/bapt entry was found there for Bernard Heinrich
August. Information about wife, children and death was
from the WCdbs.

Maria Gesina's date of birth was
on her tombstone and her date and place of birth
were noted in two WCdbs. That allowed an entry for
her to be identified in the book Auswanderungsliste
fuer die fruehere Pfarrgemeinde Twist in den Jahren
1838 - 1910 nach Amerika which noted her parents'
names and her year of emigration. Her birth information
was then confirmed on the website www.genlias.nl
in an entry for Maria Hezina Husen. Information
about the children was from the WCdbs.
