Johan Heinrich's tombstone/death record
in Calhoun County said he was born in 1802. His two children
married and lived in that same county which allowed them
all to be identified on the passenger list of the ship
Fides which mentioned their place of origin. Johan
Heinrich's wife's name was known from the baptismal records
of the two children. Johan's marriage record was then
found at the same parish and it noted his age and place
of birth. With that information a birth/baptism entry
was found for him in Soegel parish records.
