This ID is not 100% certain but seems
likely.
Charles' month and year of birth and year of emigration
were noted on the 1900 census. That information corresponded
to an entry in Walter Tenfelde's book Auswanderungen
und Auswanderer aus dem ehemaligen Kreise Lingen nach
Nordamerika for Carl Philip. What makes the ID uncertain
is that the Tenfelde was for Carl Philip and not Carl
A as on the census. The parents' names noted above were
taken from the Tenfelde entry.

Helena's year of birth, husband's name,
place of death and one child's name were found in a WorldConnect
database. That information allowed the couple to be identified
on MN censuses which provided her month and year of birth
and year of emigration. Because other Ramlers in Munson
Township were from Hueven, Werlte, that parish's records
were checked and a corresponding baptism record was found
there for Anna Helena. Her parents and at least one sibling
had also settled in Munson Township. Information about
her husband was from the WCdb and about the children from
censuses.

Johan Heinrich's
parents' names and his exact date of birth were on his marriage
record in 1846 at St Mary of Victories parish. His name
was found on the Holte parish emigration list so the records
of that parish were checked and a baptismal entry was found
there for him. Information about his daughter was from her
marriage record at St. Joseph parish.

Wilhelm's approximate year of birth was
known from his age on the 1870 census. His probable parents
and place of birth were known from his presumed brother
Henry (Herman Heinrich) whose family was listed in the
same dwelling in 1870. Holte parish records were checked
and a corresponding birth/bapt entry, as brother of Herman
Heinrich, was found there for Johan Wilhelm. The parents'
names noted above were taken from that record.
