Dugal's WCdb. His year of emigration was noted on the
1900 census and that allowed a very brief entry for
him to be identified in Walter Tenfelde's book Auswanderungen
und Auswanderer aus dem ehemaligen Kreise Lingen nach
Nordamerika which supplied possible place of birth.
Luenne parish records were checked and a corresponding
birth/bapt entry was found there for Bernard Franz.
His parents' names as noted above were from that entry.
